the client - Fleuret Holidays
With 13 years experience offering luxury self-catering holidays at Fleuret, they currently offer an exclusive portfolio of traditional stone houses with swimming pools, all within a fifteen minute radius of their own home at Curemonte. Each house is carefully selected to complement the style of Fleuret, and offer the kind of facilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing “home from home”.

They deliberately keep the portfolio small so that they can be at hand to ensure all the houses maintain our high standards. All properties have pools and gardens, and have been sympathetically renovated to incorporate both original features and modern conveniences.

The Fleuret Holidays team offer a consistantly professional and personal service that provides them with a solid business that is going from strength to strength.

the relationship - relying on our results
Referred from one of our partners, Fleuret were impressed with the immediate and cost effective manner we filled their properties. This ensured that as the season was revisited, we were the first point of call for their 2006 season.

the brief
Fleuret were finding the online channels they were relying on originally for filling vacancies were simply not providing enquiries to fill their vacancies. The channel they were using was not performance related, it was a fixed fee advertising program with a large portal suitable for their business.

Our task was to deliver more enquiries cost effectively and very much on a performance related manner as they had some reservations of re visiting the existing route. They tasked us to provide the 100% occupancy that they really wanted for the Summer season coming, time was tight as they engaged with us on the April of that year!

the solution
Our recommended solution was the immediate implementation and management of a pay per click campaign which would provide traffic quickly when they needed it, we had some data to prove the concept as they had been monitoring traffic and returns from the site previously.

We optimised the campaing quickly, to enable the best use of budget and to drive as much targeted, but cost effective traffic as possible, we presented a conservative target to run the campaign from the figures we have to date, we estimated a three month campaign would fill all the vacancies as the season progress and that is what we were targetted on.

We provided the management reporting, to enable Fleuret to see exactly what has been spent and what response the campaign was having in terms of visitors. Included in these reports, was a feedback enquiry to see how the business was benefiting from the increase in visitors to the site, to simply see how effective the campaign was being.
the results
The effect of the campaign was dramatic; the Numo driven campaign fullfilled the clients' occupancy requirements, in double quick time!

The season was booked out within 5 weeks of our commencement; 7 weeks ahead of schedule and with less than half the expected budget spent.
