Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), established in 1985, is the world's most respected management systems and certification company. We assess companies for conformance to a number of international and national standards. Our mission is to help our customers use their management systems to improve their business.
LRQA is a member of the Lloyd's Register Group, an independent risk management organisation that works to improve clients' quality, safety, environmental and business performance throughout the world. Founded in 1760 to examine merchant ships and 'classify' them according to their condition, the organisation's expertise and activities extend far wider than the shipping field, covering railways, management systems, land-based industries and oil & gas.
Lloyd's Register's reputation for impartiality is renowned worldwide and LRQA has inherited the same reputation in the assessment of management systems.

With three years spent with LRQA, the relationship for this project can be reported as being particularly strong. Through different management and infrastructure changes we survived this period; a consultancy role from Numo is currently being discussed.

the brief
|
The client target market was around specialised accreditations such as ISO, this gave Numo a significant task to optimise for the most cost effective of these terms. The requirement was to ensure that they simply had competitively positioned key terms that were relevant to the highest search terms. There was a large spread of different accreditations however, so the task was to manage the campaign as cost effectively as possible around the one main domain. The brief settled on was to provide a good general coverage of the ISO and associated standards to drive some traffic and provide good brand profiling.

the solution

The project was to be focussed around a central domain that we optimised for a wide spread of key terms that would provide good return on investment.
To facilitate the optimisation of the spread of terms; we increased the depth of content on the website significantly, so that we could achieve the percentage coverage required of the project.
We provide the client with copy and clearly went through a process of compliance and sign off that was exhaustive to ensure that this very particular message was accurately delivered.

LRQA had no results in this clearly competitive market place when we started the project, but we were able to provide a significant uplift in visibility and the results speak for themselves
